 Students find their small group companions and do some exercises if they wish
Mentors and instructors meet to clarify and finalise details of the day

10:40 – 11:00

Unifying the three circles (please see notes) .                                                 
10 minutes of careful, focussed preps in large group with instructor assistance; include Carry the Moon.  
6 preps + Jade Pillar (include the favourites and two usually avoided) Feedback

11:00 – 11:20

Pre -Meditation set up and internal focus exercise (PB).                                           
Meditation with instructor assistance.                                                          
Feedback.

11:20 – 11:35

Pre-walking exercise in small groups with instructor (please see notes) Dragon walking in large group.                 
Feedback.

11:35 – 12:30

Slow set (students in teaching pairs /trios).

12:30 – 13:15

LUNCH.

13:15 – 14:00

Slow set – corrections.

14:00 – 14:45

Preliminary Push Hands exercises in small groups with instructor (10 mins).                      
Push Hands in two rows; instructors – students.
Single then Double with basic with change of direction.

14:45 – 15:30

Fast Set: in small groups with instructors; students perform the moves they know and move corrections by instructor.
(15:20 – 15:30 Feedback)

15:30 – 16:00

Ending; Circle – Bow to Sifu – Bow to Ancestors; Tea and Feedback.
16:00 Finish.
